~ 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 ~ 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘬 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘳𝘢 We have never really been one of those couples that do things on a whim. Especially not interstate travel! Plans are usually fairly well orchestrated, scheduled and financially secured before venturing into an airport terminal. After giving Harry a squeezy mum-like hug of good luck as he left Synchronistic HQ, having just finished his last treatment before he would step into the cage as a Professional MMA Athlete, I started to hear my carry-on suitcase getting restless. I have been supporting Harry in his amateur MMA career as a Sponsor since October 2022, witnessing his total dedication to his craft. His treatment sessions aim to benefit his overall physical wellbeing, address focus points such as joint mobility, assessment for tissue damage, and prescription or modification of exercise to compliment his training. For those that know me, know that I don’t really do anything by halves. If I’m in; I’m all in. Working with athletes at an elite level means that you are part of a team. There are the coaches, trainers, managers, training partners, dietitians, not to mention a strict training schedule. Up until 8:41pm on Saturday, every moment, since he attended his first martial arts lesson at age 5, culminated and afforded him the moment he has trained so hard for. And as he said in his victory interview he’s “destined for this shit”. So, what am I getting at? When I signed on to support Harry, I said “We’re in your corner”. Well, it was going to be hard to do that from Ballarat. So I added up all my moments. All my late nights. All my research, learning, reading, watching. All my training. And thought, right! Let’s Go. I’m all in! And WOW! What a fight. What a trip. What a reward. Take the moments. Life’s too short for if’s, but’s and maybe’s. Book the flight. Order the cocktail. Eat the cake. Don’t spend life working so hard that you don’t allow yourself the time to enjoy the culmination of your moments. ~ Namaste 🪷

~ 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛 ~ 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗕𝗘𝗜𝗡𝗚 ~ 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛 ~ After an unexpected beginning of 2023, which brought about the launch of this offering, I finally took some time to sit, breathe and meditate yesterday. Yes, it has actually taken me this long to stop and do something for my own 𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈. The past 3 weeks have been all about navigating the logistics of having myself and the Synchronistic team working across 3 sites, supporting our clients the best way we can whilst trying to remain connected in our communications and purpose. Last year I spent the majority of my professional development reading, listening, watching and participating in Breathwork practices and deepening my understanding of 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉 for our physiological and emotional 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉. Most of my clients, at some point, will be prescribed an exercise in breath, and this will vary depending on their needs or goals. So yesterday, while I sat for 30 minutes in my first ever 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒂𝒖𝒏𝒂, I mindfully reconnected with my breath, and made a commitment to myself to [𝑜𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛] be active in self care practices.

Synchronistic HQ - Open for business

It has been whirlwind couple of months, and tomorrow we welcome our Synchronistic ACTiVE members to Elements Health & Fitness. Our supervised exercise classes are designed for people that require prescriptive exercise, for prevention, rehabilitation as well as general strength and conditioning, with a community atmosphere. Members joining us following the closure of Ballarat Sports and Exercise Rehab Centre know the benefit of having a qualified supervisor there to oversee their program, make any adjustments on the spot all while enjoying the social connection and support of a small group. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀, 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁? Yesterday was my last day at BSERC, and I was filled with a mixed emotions. 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳; it has been 11 week since those wheels were put in motion. 𝗦𝗮𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀; I could never have asked for a better launching pad for my career, and I will miss the amazing team that I have worked with for the past 10 years. 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁; I never imagined that I would be setting up my own practice, and have the opportunity to join forces with 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲; the fullness in my heart for those that have rallied around me to make the next phase come together so seamlessly. It honestly takes a village, and I have 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 tribe. There are still many things to do, but I am really excited to be opening the door to ~ 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 & 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 ~

~ 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙩𝙪𝙨 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 ~ The seed of a lotus plant can lay dormant at the bottom of a pond, lake or riverbed for up to up to 1500 year’s. When the conditions are right, the seeds will take root in the bottom of the waterbed and bloom at the surface.
