~ Delivered in a safe, purpose built exercise facility under the guidance & supervision of exercise professionals

~ Prepared and run by a team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists, Accredited Exercise Scientists & experienced rehabilitation practitioners

~ Opportunity to progress to an individualized supervised exercise program for graduating participants

~ No previous gym/exercise experience? This program is designed for you!
